Our Beliefs

OUR BELIEFS

We believe the Bible to be the divinely inspired and authoritative Word of God.

We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in the Persons of the Holy Trinity.

We believe in the virgin birth of the Lord Jesus Christ, His deity, His sinless humanity and perfect life, the eternal all-sufficiency of His atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the  right hand of God the Father, and His second coming.

We believe a person's salvation is dependent on trusting and surrendering their life to Christ.

We believe in living a new life empowered by the Holy Spirit.

We believe in that Christ is the Lord of the church and we celebrate this through water baptism and holy communion.

We believe people live eternally in heaven or in hell and that people choose their eternal destiny while on earth either by trusting or rejecting God's free offer of salvation.
