On this occassion Pastor Gil interviewed Lilly Teske, an Edmonton based elderly saint, about prayer. Sister Lilly, as she is known to her friends and church family, was born in Poland and moved to Alberta shortly after WWII. She has had a lifelong passion for prayer. In this interview she shares about prayer, how prayer has sustained her in the most difficult times, and give some advice on what to do when our prayer passion is low (it's surprisingly simple).
As you listen, ask the Holy Spirit to give you some of the same passion for prayer. As Lilly says, prayer is communion with God. Lilly offers a power prayer for our church family at the conclusion of the interview.
