3 You Can Still Grow

The apostle Peter ends his second epistle the same way he started - encouraging his readers to grow. In his conclusion he challenges them to make it their habit to always be growing in the grace and the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We need to do the same by intentionally engaging engaging in activities that foster personal growth, be that spiritual, intellectual, social, or physical. There's an old mountain biking saying that the slower you go the more likely you are to crash. The same is true in our spiritual journey, if you're not growing you are more likley to neglect and possibly even walk away from your faith.
