St. Paul's Epistle to the Ephesians is a power document full of life-giving truth and theology. It naturally divides into two sections. Section one (chapter 1-3) is the indicative (what is) - the good news. Section two (chapter 4-6) is the imperative (what we are to do) - the good advice. In other words, what we are to believe and how we are to live or, to use Paul's primary image for the Christian life, how we are to walk. 

In preparation for this series and during the series, you are encouraged to read one chapter of Ephesians Monday through Saturday every week. To gain a deeper and richer understanding of this text, read it in various translations.
